Message from the President

Happy 2012! I can hardly believe this is the fifth year in our wonderful building. I am looking forward to a new and promising year with businesses seeing growth and economic conditions improving. As we head into the new year, the staff at Park Midway Bank want to thank you for your continued business and promise to work hard to provide you with the best service and products we have available. Our commitment to clients, partners and neighbors stays the same with the goal of building a stronger community for all.

Our Park Perks coffee bar continues to raise funds for small not for profit organizations. In 2012 our focus still remains on youth programs. We are proud to say that since its inception, Park Perks with the help of customers, neighbors and staff has donated over $50,000 to these organizations.

As we head into 2012 Park Midway Bank is profitable and remains well capitalized. We are continuing to look for lending opportunities that can help our community businesses expand and provide jobs. Our ability to provide loans using creative products such as New Markets Tax Credits, SBA 504 and 7a programs allow us to reach a broader audience and gives business owners varied financing options.
