Mechanical Solutions Inc is a heating ventilation contractor located in the Midway area of St. Paul. Mary Ellingsworth and her husband Dick started Mechanical Solutions Inc and Total Ari Supply about 12 years ago. This summer they began looking for commercial property they could own and operate the business from. Park Midway Bank provided SBA funding for the company to buy its own building located at 800 Grotto in the Frogtown neighborhood of St. Paul. The Ellingsworths now can build equity in their own property while operating their businesses from a central urban location.
