Park Perks

During the month of May, Park Perks donations raised were $1,005.54 for the Como High School Senior Class Party. The school along with parent volunteers plan and put on an all night party for the seniors, after commencement on June 7th. This has become more popular during the last decade to keep the graduating seniors on site in a safe environment by providing food, games and prize drawings as an entertainment option after graduation ceremonies. Como Park High School Seniors pictured are Ania Olesak, Rachel Lee, Collin Davis-Johnson, Greta Schrader, Kaila Will and Hanna Gulden. Congratulations class of 2011!




July donations went to help provide camp supplies and scholarships for Bay Lake 4H Camp.

August's proceeds will go to assist Minnesota Literacy Council's "Power of Learning" luncheon scheduled for October 12, 2011. Support of the luncheon will put books in the hands of children, empower adults by strengthening their literacy skills and foster new initiatives to improve literacy across the state.

The Bank pays all costs of goods and donates labor for Park Perks. Proceeds benefit small not-for profit groups in the neighborhood. Thank you for all of your support!
